Cubby H.O.L.E.

This room began with the Annenburg book grant that BES received. Each student in the school received ten books to take home,and the teachers also received books for their classrooms. Any extra books we had are now housed in The Cubby H.O.L.E. (Home of Literacy Education). Those books, along with various donations, are now lining the shelves of the room. We have also received donations of furniture and decor. The room got a fresh coat of paint over the summer along with the rest of its makeover. The room is now open for teachers to check out books or sign up for class time. The kids have really enjoyed kicking back on the futon and beanbags with books. Thanks to Mrs. Pulliam for bringing the idea to life!
